The short version. Everything you save in Perdify — photos, videos, files, links, notes — stays on your phone. It is read and filed there, by the phone. We have no copy of it and no way to get one.
What we do hold is small: the email address you sign in with, which plan you are on, your settings, and the name of each phone you have signed in on. You can delete all of it from inside the app.
Perdify is provided by Oibitoye (“we”, “us”). For anything about this policy or your data, write to perdifynow@gmail.com.
Your library never leaves the device. That covers:
The library is also kept out of iCloud device backups, so it is not copied to Apple’s servers either. If you want a copy, any one thing can be shared from its own screen, and with Perdify Pro Settings → Privacy → Export everything makes a copy of the whole library that you choose where to put.
Reading and filing are done on the phone. Nothing about the contents of your library is sent to us or to anyone else, and it is not used to train any model.
Your account. When you create an account we store your email address, how you signed in (email and password, Apple, or Google), your plan (free or Pro), and your app settings. If you sign in with Apple or Google we receive the email address and account identifier they pass to us, and nothing else from them. Passwords are stored only in hashed form by our sign-in provider; we cannot read them.
Your devices. For each phone you sign in on we store a name for it, its platform (for example iOS), when it was last used, and a random identifier created by the app. This is how the app can tell you which phones are signed in.
Purchases. If you buy Perdify Pro, the payment is handled by Apple. We never see your card or billing details. We receive a record that a purchase was made, which product it was, and whether it is still active, so the app can unlock Pro.
Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep the email so we can reply.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Only to run the service: to sign you in, to know whether you have Pro, to keep your settings, to show you which devices are signed in, and to answer you when you write to us. Where the law asks for a legal basis, it is the performance of our agreement with you and our legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
These companies may store data on servers outside the country you live in. They act on our instructions and under their own privacy and security commitments.
When you save a link, your phone may fetch that page’s title and preview image directly from the website. That website sees the request the same way it would if you opened the page in a browser, including your IP address. The request does not pass through us.
Notifications are created on your phone, by the app. We do not send push notifications from a server.
We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. To delete it, open Settings → Delete account in the app. That removes your account and its records from our systems and erases the library on that phone. Because we never had a copy of your library, deleting it cannot be undone — by you or by us.
You can also ask us to delete your account by emailing perdifynow@gmail.com from the address on the account. Records of purchases are kept by Apple under its own policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your data-protection authority. To use any of these, email us. We will answer within 30 days.
Account data is sent over encrypted connections and each account can read only its own records. Your library is protected by your phone’s own lock and encryption. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that ours is.
Perdify is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes we will update this page and its effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
The short version. Perdify is yours to use on your own devices. What you save is yours and stays on your phone, which also means only you can back it up. Perdify Pro is a paid upgrade, billed by Apple, that you can cancel at any time in your Apple account settings.
These terms are an agreement between you and Oibitoye (“we”, “us”) for the Perdify app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use Perdify on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store’s usage rules allow. You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse-engineer or modify the app, except where the law says you can regardless of these terms.
You can use Perdify as a guest, without an account. An account is optional: it keeps your plan and settings so they can follow you to another phone. If you create one, give an email address you can receive mail at, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the age at which you can agree to terms like these where you live.
Everything you save in Perdify remains yours. It is stored on your phone and is not uploaded to us; see the Privacy Policy.
That has a consequence you should know before relying on the app: we have no copy of your library and cannot restore it. If your phone is lost, erased or replaced, or you delete your account or the app, what you saved goes with it unless you have exported it. Your library is deliberately left out of iCloud device backups, so a new or restored phone starts empty. Any one thing can be shared out of Perdify from its own screen at any time, and Perdify Pro can export the whole library at once from Settings → Privacy → Export everything; keeping copies of anything you cannot afford to lose is your responsibility.
You are responsible for what you save, and for having the right to save it.
Perdify is free to use up to a limit on how many things you can keep, shown in the app. Perdify Pro removes that limit and adds the features listed on the purchase screen. It is offered as:
Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Renewal. A subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the price then in effect, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you start a free trial, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before that.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your Perdify account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds. Purchases are made through Apple and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. We cannot issue them ourselves.
Restoring. A purchase can be restored on another device signed in to the same Apple Account, using Restore on the purchase screen.
If Pro ends, nothing you have saved is deleted, but the free plan’s limit applies again to saving anything new.
Do not use Perdify to break the law, to store material you have no right to hold, to interfere with the service or other people’s use of it, or to try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours.
Perdify, its design, its name and its artwork belong to us or to those who license them to us. These terms give you a licence to use the app and nothing more.
We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop offering the app. If we end the service we will give reasonable notice in the app where we can, so that you can export what you have saved.
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
Perdify is provided “as is” and “as available”. Filing is done automatically and will sometimes put something in the wrong folder; check anything that matters. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Perdify, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Perdify in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
If you got Perdify from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it, including product-liability claims, claims that it fails to meet a legal requirement, consumer-protection claims, or claims that it infringes someone’s intellectual property. If the app fails to conform to a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, which will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not in a country under a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above, and if a change is significant we will say so in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Perdify after that means you accept the new terms.
